The position

Buddha to Buddha is build on an iconic founding story. A honest and authentic story we want to communicate and guard, while expanding into new markets. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our brand further internationally and raise brand awareness. As Buddha to Buddha’s 'brand guardian', you maintain our brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications. The iconic brand story of Buddha to Buddha will touch you. Now it is up to you to express it, in an appropriate way, in the right markets. Time to share it with the world!

Tasks & responsibilities

• Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission
• Setting up and guiding the Brand strategy, including the setting of brand guides, style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
• Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
• Setting up and implementing Collabs that contribute to the brand image, worldwide.
• Monitoring marketing trends as well as keep an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace so we can stay ahead of competition.
• Supervising the content production of all campaigns.

Candidate profile

• At least 3 – 5 years of proven working experience as Brand Manager.
• Proven ability to develop brand strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
• A relevant bachelor or master degree.

The offer

The salary indication for this position is € 100.000 - 150.000.
