The position

Inspired-Search is looking for a Director Global Production with a strong focus on production costs and improvement programs.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsibilities across Planning, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and R&D;
• Develop and manage master production schedule and operations budgets for products to ensure that the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality and timelines;
• Continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions;
• Coach teams and establish strategy and best practices for staff to ensure achievement of overall business objectives and working with the manufacturing team to translate site strategy into specific annual performance goals and departmental objectives/KPIs, and to track them;
• Plan and execute maintenance activity to ensure plant is kept safe and compliant and also operating a process for safe selection of external contractors;
• Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process.

Both English and Spanish language skills are required for this position.
