The position

You will be a lead and strategic customer success manager for a portfolio of approximately 50 enterprise clients, serving as their trusted advisor at the C-level. We need someone who can translate customer strategies into concrete value and measurable ROI using a powerful platform.

With tools like Vitally, you will lead strategic customer reviews, drive data-informed decisions, and identify commercial opportunities such as upselling, contract extensions, or referrals. In this position, you bring the voice of the customer directly to product and leadership teams.

Each week is a mix of in-depth analysis, strategic advice, customer meetings, business reviews, and close internal collaboration. The rest of the customer success team in the Netherlands will follow your example of best practice.

Candidate profile

• 8+ years of customer success experience with enterprise-level customers
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Track record of simultaneously managing 30+ enterprise customers
• Able to communicate and manage C-level stakeholders
• Willingness to travel across the Netherlands to meet customers
