My client has created a platform to help teams achieve their goals efficiently by enabling strategic planning, goal setting, and tracking progress through visual workflows. It offers tools for alignment across organisations, allowing the users to prioritise tasks, collaborate effectively, and monitor performance in real-time.

The platform aims to streamline strategic execution and improve organisational agility through intuitive planning and execution features for enterprise-sized customers.

The position

As an Implementation Manager, you will lead customers through onboarding and adoption, ensuring seamless platform implementation. You will work cross-functionally to drive product adoption, optimise processes, and ensure long-term success.

Success is measured by efficient onboarding (Time-to-Value), strong platform engagement (Product Adoption), positive customer feedback (CSAT), and timely completion of implementation milestones (Project Completion Rate).

Tasks & responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute implementation projects in line with customer goals.
• Lead onboarding, configure platforms, train users, and drive adoption.
• Address implementation challenges and deploy internal resources.
• Work cross-functionally, share insights, and refine onboarding processes.

Candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations with enterprise clients.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA for client meetings.
