Program Manager

The organisation

Van Leeuwen is a leading, globally operating trading company that specializes in steel pipes and pipe and tube applications. 

The position

• Manage the group wide LeeuwOne (SAP S/4 HANA, Cloud For Customer as backbone) ERP  Program adhering to company standards
• Lead and organize change management activities with the business partners, involving the key program stakeholders (project teams, innovation board, steering committee). 
• Planning and staffing of resources (IT and external consultants) and operational coordination of IT and technical personnel within the program in coordination with implementation partner
• Status reporting to program management and Management in coordination with implementation partner
• Scope-, claim-, and change management within the program for all LeeuweOne deliveries
• Perform tenders and vendor selection processes within the program and make recommendation to business program manager
• Application of company-specific IT process & architecture knowledge in the integration, standardization and harmonization process
• Active involvement and integration of business experts and key users in the design process of the new landscape

Candidate profile

• SAP S/4 HANA experience is an advantage but not essential as you will be given the opportunity to learn S/4 HANA on the job.
• Must be fluent in English and Dutch, French and German a plus. 
• Relevant professional experience of 10-15 years in similar Program or Project management roles. Experience in international complex implementations. 
• Certified in project management, e.g. PMI, IPMA Level C
• Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills, ability to tailor presentations to top management and business audiences that may not possess technical backgrounds
