The organisation

Founded by entrepreneurial engineers, this company is taking off. It currently counts 50+ employees and is ready for the next phase. The company doubled in size since last year and are signing the biggest clients. You will join a young company, with an informal and relaxed atmosphere. The average age is 28 years young. They recently received funding of around €5 million for further growth

The position

As Head of Sales you will dive into one of the most disrupting industries worldwide, the e-mobility industry. This software solution provides data-insights to the commercial automotive industry that operators use to extend the range of their vehicles, eliminate emissions and optimize electric operations.

Since the start in 2012 the company has grown into a global market leader with two offices, one in Amsterdam and one in the US. It operates in more than 20 different countries!

As Head of Sales EMEA you will take over the strategic and operational tasks of the CCO and will focus on improving profitability all over Europe. You will manage a team of five Account Executives and internally manage different stakeholders.

Recently, they received funding to take the company to the next phase and you, as commercial leader, will play an important role for further growth.

Candidate profile

  • At minimum 7+ years of B2B technology sales experience
  • Experience in identifying & setting up new markets
  • Experience in successfully leading a sales team + working with Marketing, CS, Operations & Finance.
  • Experience in closing deals in the ACV category of €100K+
  • You are proactive, opportunistic and a real team player
  • Willing to travel
