Our client is an international company in the producing sector.

Position

Being member of the local management team, the Manager Finance & Controlling is responsible for controlling, monitoring and setting up processes within the company. The job holder is analysing financial results, is involved in budgeting process and various tasks resulting from daily operations. The job holder is line manager of the IT, controlling and accounting departments comprising 13 employees. The job holder is reporting to the CEO with a functional line to the CFO of the site cluster.

• internal financial reporting and analyses
• budget and forecasts & other regular group reporting
• internal financial controlls
• process analyses, production controlling, financial control in investment projects
• regular communication (in English) with division management in Paris and cooperation with Board Cluster
• communication with auditors and tax advisors

Profil

• successfully completed academic training in business and finance (Master''s Degree/Diploma)
• working experience in industrial company (min. 5 years)
• excellent command of English
• high proficiency in IT systems (SAP FI/CO/MM), excellent MS-Excel skills
• analytical approach, high level of commitment, team-player
• highly developed social skills + leadership
