Our client is a new, innovative enterprise that designs, develops and delivers System-on-Chip products to customers worldwide.

Position

• Generalist function
• Responsible for all HR related politics and activities within Europe, sites are Langen, Braunschweig, Neuried, Maidenhead (UK), Linz (Austria)
• Direct reports HR: 1 payroll admin in Germany, 1 generalist in UK
• Actively recruiting in Germany and Austria
• HR development activities
• Advise / support European management team
• Alignment with company policies / interface to HR in HQ Japan
• Working together / alignment regarding HR acitivities outside Japan (mostly in US, China, Korea)
• Supervising European Procurement and facility department (4 employees)
• Currently no works council in GER and UK but collective agreement and works in council in Austria
• Contact to agencies, public offices, institutes

Profil

• University / Polytechnic degree in business economics or comparable
• Business experience in HR as Generalist / HR Business Partner, ideally in leading an HR organization
• Experience in technical enviroment
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Hands-on mentality, integrative and multicultural
