Interview quotes

General Manager: "Things are going really well for Red Bull, and we make no secret of our ambition. We want to become the number 1 cold drinks brand (in packaging of up to half a liter) in the Netherlands. And we have a clear vision of how we’re going to achieve that!"

"The Finance Director is the financial conscience of our company and, ultimately, financially responsible for our bottom line. He keeps the Management Team and others on their toes by asking the right questions at the right time, based on analyses he has performed. Within this, he also needs to be creative and pragmatic and make it clear that he has an understanding of the business side of things, being an entrepreneur. Certainly not rigid – we’re growing too fast for that. We also expect him (or her) to make a contribution in the area of vision and strategy formulation."

HR Director: "We can offer for international career growth opportunities. For example, the current finance director in the UK is a Dutchman whose previous positions include that of being Finance Director in the Netherlands."
