They work with solutions around IoT, Big Bata and Blockchain on a daily basis, to help customers in their digital transformation.

The position

The Sales Executive is responsible for the account(s), existing and new business with fixed account responsibility.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Identify customer specific pain points or competitive disadvantages and create new opportunities in cooperation with sales management
  • Develop and sustain the execution of a comprehensive account business plan that addresses client business requirements and provide value add for the client
  • Implement an overall multi-level selling-approach and steer all customer related CRM measures
  • Lead and implement a consultative selling approach to strategically position the value propositions (e.g. ICT-Solutions)
  • Substantially extend the business relation (share of wallet) and consistently grow profitable business on a multi-year basis
  • Manage and supervision of all commercial aspects (overall Profit & Loss responsibility) to ensure to meet the specific targets for Order Entry, Revenue, EBIT and Customer Satisfaction.

Candidate profile

  • Excellent communicator towards internal and external customers.
  • Personal leadership qualities.
  • Can deal with resistance and clarifies objections without escalations through management.
  • Sticks to prices and conditions, you are a good negotiator.
  • Experience of working for/ with System integrators on full technology lifecycle engagements [Pure software product experience is discouraged]
  • Experience of business-case based selling and transformational engagements with technology as a key enabler
  • From consultancy opportunities up to technical implementation
  • Customer journey thinking with customer engagement platform play
  • Maturity to position as CxO advisory: capability of having a market facing CxO level dialogue
  • In-depth knowledge of Digital Customer experience platforms (Ecomm,Marketing, CMS,DAM, APPs,) API integration
  • Has excellent oral and written English skills

Salary: On Target Compensation Guidance (€ 100.000 Fixed; 25% variable)
