Our client is currently recruiting a Manager Accounting. In this position you report directly to the Director accounting in the US and you are responsible for:

• Finance, tax and statutory accounting functions of non-operating entities;
• Managing existing financial and reporting processes;
• Planning and coordinate with different functional teams throughout EMEA and U.S.;
• Compliance with tax structure of international entities;
• Achieving operational excellence through standardization of policies and processes (Accounting / finance / tax);
• Ensure continued successful deployment of new Accounting/Finance system;
• Work in team setting to implement and execute international projects;
• Analyzing new legislature and statutory requirements for implications and implementation.

Profile

For this challenging role we would like to get in touch with candidates that meet the following criteria:

• University degree in finance and/or accounting;
• A minimum of  10 years relevant experience (pref. a couple of years in Big4);
• Strong knowledge of both Dutch & US GAAP and preferable other GAAPS;
• Strong accounting background;
• Outstanding communication in English;
• Business driven personality, sees opportunities, thinks in terms of solutions.
