Global Head of Quality

Position description:

The Global Head of Quality will be responsible for developing, implementing and communicating the company’s quality strategy, policy and programs. The focus lies on quality by pursuing process excellence and best practices. He/she is used to working in an international organisation. The position will report directly to the company’s Global Head of Quality Management Seeds and the Business Unit Director Vegetables and will functionally lead a team of 5-10 Quality employees. He/she will be part of the Quality Management team. The Global Head of Quality will set the direction for the Business Unit and will motivate subordinates and line employees. By creating and sharing vision, he/she should develop strong networks throughout the organisation which will result in synergies essential for the successful implementation of the global quality system and standards.

Requirements:

• University level, preferably in Technology, Quality Management 
• Min. of 5 years experience in comparable Quality Management position
• Successful track record in Seed/Crop or Food industry or the processing industry
• Successfully developed and implemented quality management systems in an international   environment
• Proven change management experience 
• Excellent Leadership/People management skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate on all levels within the organisation 
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% on a global scale

Remuneration:

€ 100.000 - € 125.000 OTE
