Fast growing manufacturer for the semiconductor industry.

Position description:

The CEO is responsible for all internal, operational processes and the strategic development of the organisation to lead the organisation through the growth in the coming years. The ramp-up of activities demands a high level of increased professionalism and growth of the organisation. This entails the activities in e.g. Asia also showing further development.

Scope:   

• Academic education;
• 10+ years proven, successful experience in a senior management position in a high tech machinery organisation;
• 5+ years experience in a technical position eg. Engineering or R&D;
• Strategic and commercial orientation in the semiconductor industry;
• Experience in an international environment;
• Outstanding process thinker;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills on all levels.

Salary conditions:

• Fixed salary € 150.000 - € 200.000
• Variable salary
• Other emoluments
