Our client is a North-American, multinational group and leader in the field of building services. As a client
orientated, synergetically acting provider of products and (service-)solutions the company helps it''s clients to
optimize energy efficiency and to depress operating expenses in the field of Facility Management.
Following the strategic mission to implement change processes in the German and Swiss subsidiary we are
looking for a Senior Business Transformation Manager (m/f), reporting directly to the Managing Director
Germany & Switzerland.

Position

• Analyse and implement strategies, following the mission to develop business, market share growth and EBIT
• Continuous Improvement of internal processes
• Define Business Transformation processes in Germany and Switzerland
• Conception, implementation and accomplishment of new arrangements, focused on developing new service
• products
• Exploration of opportunities for improvement
• Continuous market observation

Profil

• University degree
• Multiple years of working experience in strategic consulting
• Proven track record as a highly successful change manager
• Strong affinity, knowledge and experience in services
• Must have the desire to take full responsibility for the business
• Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to build rapport with a diversity of people and a strategic approach
• Fluent in German and English
