Our client is a leading NYSE listed company with generations of experience. With a broad portfolio our client markets a complete line of products through different channels. For his German Leasing business our client is looking for a qualified and well experienced Leasing Sales Manager.

Position

  • Drive and be responsible for German region leasing sales force and volumes.
  • Lead, train, develop and motivate region and country leasing sales teams visiting countries on a regular (monthly) basis and conducting "ride alongs" to meet customers.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with, and influence the Business Unit heads to ensure the incorporation of Leasing in all business initiatives.
  • Set-up and drive systematic weekly activity trackers, monthly performance and pipeline reviews and quarterly full sales review in all countries.
  • Share "best in class" sales practice across the countries and harmonise practices to the highest standard across territories.
  • Ensure there is a robust process in each country to collect, analyse and where necessary adapt to competitor positioning, pricing or new product development.
  • Maintain lease margins (pricing) and drive fee implementation that meet and exceed plan objectives.
  • External relationships include channel partners, resellers, end users, market intelligence agencies, direct sales force, industry peers and other Leasing companies

Profil

  • Multi year Leasing experience.
  • Several years of experience in Leasing Sales management erience
  • Professional insight and experience in vendor management within the Leasing industry across Europe 
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent 
  • Demonstrated credibility and success in dealing with Level 1/senior management
  • Channel management skills
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Willingness to travel minimum 50% of time.
  • Knowledge of working within a captive a plus but not necessary
