For our clients'' business unit Storage Peripherals we are currently looking for a Sales Manager (m/f).

Position

  • Elaborate and execute the sales strategy for the region ES, BENELUX, PL, IT, CEE/ CIS and local roll-out in collaboration with the national account Managers 
  • Prepare and implement quarterly business plans to grow business and achieve targets (revenue, quantity, profit & inventory)
  • Lead development of new sales programs including recommendations for growth
  • Prepare /review general quarterly pricing strategy and recommendations (Distribution, reseller, Tiers1 etc…) and suggested retail pricing strategy for all countries in the indicated territory
  • Manage rebates for special prices and budget for other sales promotions
  • Manage a geographically dispersed team of national account managers
  • Coordinate roadmap with Product Management and communication and PR activities with MarCom

Profil

  • Business, Economics or engineering university degree
  • Several years of working experience in sales of the IT peripherals industry
  • Experience in a european sales management position
  • Excellent management, communication and presentation skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of the european storage industry
  • Very self-driven profile with excellent negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking 
  • General marketing communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English, additional european language is helpful, in particular Spanish
