The position

The primary task of the Global Partnerships Manager is the further development of Industrial Services from existing and new partnerships. You participate in the Board meetings for existing joint ventures. You ensure the independent development of new market outlets and the handling of these (strategic) partnerships. You are the liaison officer between the market, partnerships and the internal organization.

You are responsible for all activities in the area of business development, marketing, developing of partnerships and making them successful. In the discussions and negotiations with (potential) customers, you work closely together with sales, operations, contracts and estimations department. It is thereby important that you can translate the (im-)possibilities of the service provided by Anabeeb into solutions for the customer.

Candidate Profile

  • You have experience in the Middle East, as well as experience within a similar line of business as Anabeeb’s
  • Preference will be given to candidates with proven track record in Western-European companies.
  • You have at least a completed degree at HBO level focused on technology (for example chemical or mechanical engineering), academic level is a plus;
  • You are able to quickly size up market situations and to intervene accordingly, you see opportunities and take immediate action in response;
  • Enterprising, self-starting, convincing, full of initiative and creative;
  • Strong relationship manager, conversational partner at a high level, inspire confidence with a style that exudes calmness and authority, sharp negotiator;
  • Strong personality, clear opinions, team player but also able to independently lay out a course and follow it;
  • You are able to handle diverse personalities/cultures;
  • Good communication and social skills with a sense of humor.
  • You are prepared to relocate to Saudi Arabia
