Functieomschrijving:

The Global Key Account Manager is responsible for bringing added value to our client’s most important customer and continue building long term relationships. Responsible for guiding the customers growth across emerging markets and retaining business in existing markets. Solid understanding of multi-level selling. He/ she is able to build up a strong internal network and can  cooperate with many disciplines. The position will report directly to the Market Unit Manager and will lead a team of 3-5 employees.

Functie-eisen:

  • University degree, preferably a business or economic (or technological) direction; .
  • Commercial experience in an international B2B environment, managing a complex large account; preferable in food or chemical ingredients;
  • 10-15 years of working experience;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, preferably a good command of German or other foreign languages;
  • Willing to travel internationally (approx. 30%);
  • Personal skills: able to deal with complexity, strong strategic skills, entrepreneurial, results driven, down to earth, diplomatic and excellent negotiator.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

max.  €120.000 OTE
