Position
- Lead the German team, currently consisting of 15 people
- Initiate and lead a growth plan to continue the growth of the business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Aggressively increase the revenue in the coming years
- Continue growth in the most important sales channel (wholesale) and support initiatives to increase sales from global corporate accounts and e-commerce
- Effectively demonstrate, encourage and drive a sales-focused culture by being the leading sales person
- Create an environment of professional, efficient, individual sales and service that exceeds the customers' expectations
- Responsible for both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability (full P&L responsibility)
- Protect the business by ensuring procedures are followed correctly and risks are managed
- Deliver excellent customer service to business partners
- Maintain and develop existing business relationships and seek out new and potential relationships
- Responsible for the office and the office-infrastructure
Profil
- Proven leader with outstanding leadership skills, experience managing a team of sales professionals
- In-depth knowledge of sales through distributors
- Exceptional communication skills; credible, intelligent and flexible
- Proven skills to built relationships
- Demonstrable success in a sales and/or account management role, ideally within a solution-led, competitive b2b environment
- Persistent and tenacious individual, with the drive to pursue opportunities and see them through to a successful conclusion
- Previous P&L responsibility
- Dynamic and open person, who is able to adapt to a changing environment but also feels at ease with more traditional clients
- Drive and performance orientation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Language skills: native German speaker and good spoken English are both requirements
