Our client is one the leading company in contract logistics and is looking for a Business Development Manager in Healthcare. This position offers the chance to be the key-expert for the Healthcare market within our company to support global competency requirements. You will use your market and customer expertise to support the Sales, Tender- & Implementation Management activities and to successfully implement the business.

Position

Tasks & Responsibilties

• Coordinate and manage projects during tender and implementation phase on corporate and regional level
• Analyzing of customer demands and complex logistic tender
• Leadership of international implementation teams
• Realization of re-engineering projects
• Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers - contract negotiations 
• Forming the link between sales and solution design
• Support growth vector development through product development and sales activities
• Realization of projects focusing on warehousing and supply chain solutions

Profil

Your profile

• Bachelor level in Logistics
• Experience in Healthcare sector (inside knowledge), f.e. Pharma, Medical Devices
• Up-to-date knowledge about Healthcare specific logistics requirements mainly on 4 walls operations (i.e. GDP, GMP, Material Handling, Cool Chain,).
• Strong and proven understanding of relevant logistics/SCM developments and preferably a relevant network within the industry
• Experience on certifications and legal frame requirements for pharma operations is a plus 
• Customer-oriented
• High motivation for outstanding performance
• Acts and presents easily at executive level
• Distinctive intercultural competencies
• Willingness to travel 
• Good English communication skills
