We are looking for a candidate being able to build up a new business unit for our client coming from the industrial sector.
The products will be sold to clients in different sectors such as Automotive, Chemical, Industry, Medical Devices and more.

Position

  • Identify European market / client opportunities for the Business Unit.
  • Manage the whole launching of the Unit in Europe, mostly Northern Europe; applying the SCM process - from ideation to commercialization
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage market research project within established budget and deadlines. 
  • Select and manage relationships with external end-users, clients & sales - channel partners.
  • Forecast new product sales until full commercialization, accountable for New Product pipeline.
  • Build up the new entity in Europe in first stages through Business Development and Sales / Market Research. Second stage will be to arrange the production site together with the colleagues of SCM and production.

Profil

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in managing new product / sales development.
  • Strong entrepreneur-spirit.
  • Technical Degree with extensive business exposure. Experience & Ideas around chemical or industrial products.
  • Experience in selecting suitably sales - channel partners in B2B.
  • Capability to manage new product processes from idea generation to commercialization.
  • Experience in developing unique selling propositions for different plastics - displacing more traditional material solutions.
  • Speak several EU languages. Be prepared to travel up to 50%.
