Business Development Manager

Organisation:

The company specialises in the secondment (detachering) of highly qualified professionals to clients in the Technology, ICT and Construction sectors.

Location:

Central part of the Netherlands

Position description:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring new business in the central and north of the Netherlands. He/She reports directly into the Executive Board, which comprises the CEO, CFO and COO.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops new business in the region central and north Netherlands, with focus on primarily large and medium sized business.
• Ensures that the company is recognised as THE technology house, which is capable of deploying large numbers of highly skilled technology professionals to clients. Successfully presents the company as solution provider and trusted advisor in the technology domain.
• Develops and maintains relationships at board and senior management levels.
• Acts as the commercial figurehead for his/her colleagues. Inspires others through the development and execution of commercial strategies and plans. Leads by example without being a mere administrative manager.

Requirements:

• University degree
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
• Commercial orientation
• Successful track record in the achievement of significant commercial results
• Experience in providing services to large multinationals and medium sized enterprises in the technology sector
• Has an existing network within the technology sector in the central and northern part of the Netherlands
• Networker and relationship manager
• Entrepreneurial and self motivated
• Hands-on
• Results-oriented

Salary conditions:

• €100.000 - €130.000 OTE
• Company Car
