It is the location where the majority of offices and clean rooms & labs are located. 

The position

As a Regulatory Intelligence Director you have a global oversight of the Regulatory Intelligence function’s resources, systems, processes and standards globally. In this position you are a member of the Regulatory Affairs (RA) Operating Platforms LT that includes publishing, labeling and regulatory tracking a.o. next to this Intelligence position and you participate in creating a RA Operating Platforms Strategy. You translate this strategy into objectives and oversee execution on the strategy to achieve the annual RA, Operating Platforms and Regulatory Intelligence goals.

In this role you interact with several departments throughout the organization to develop processes and systems for Regulatory Intelligence to enable and facilitate the global and regional regulatory intelligence information gathering, communication and advocacy processes.

Next to that you manage staff and consultants as well as you mentor junior staff members on Regulatory Intelligence processes, systems and standards on a global basis with resources located in more than one continent.

Candidate profile

  • Master degree or equivalent level is strongly recommended (science or technology is preferred)
  • At least 10 years experience in pharma industry including experience in a regulatory intelligence role
  • At least 6 years experience in managing people and/or teams including developing direct reports
  • Skilled networker and proven innovation skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and deliverables
  • High integrity to maintain confidential and proprietary information
