The organisation

For one of our clients, an international boutique consultancy that works with private equity investors and senior leaders to improve the productivity and performance of their organisations, we are seeking to recruit a Project Manager (f/m) Organisational Performance for the offices in London and/or Zurich.

The position

  • Consulting and project management at the highest level in public and private companies
  • Leadership of diverse international teams to solve complex organisational and productivity problems (knowledge worker productivity)
  • Preparation and presentation of analysis results and conclusions as well as facilitating workshops
  • Planning, executing and delivering high quality project work
  • Contributing to the enhancement of our client's service portfolio and intellectual capital

Candidate profile

  • Min. 7 years experience with an international management consultancy
  • Consulting and entrepreneurial mind-set
  • A proven track record of managing high-impact projects
  • Client relationship management experience
  • Curiosity, interest and the ability to structure complex problems
  • Strong skills in quantitative analysis
  • Self-motivated, flexible and communicative
  • Outstanding team-player
  • High intercultural sensitivity and willingness to travel (up to 80%)
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Master's degree or MBA/PhD with above average results
