The position

As Director Supply Chain you will contribute to the successful implementation of the RCS strategy through securing high customer satisfaction, cost competiveness and innovation. You will develop a Supply Chain vision that supports the overall RCS strategy.

As Director Supply Chain you are responsible for continuous improvement of production and composition of RCS portfolio. You develop a future proof blueprint for the Supply Chain organization. You develop, implement and maintain processes and KPI’s.

As Director Supply Chain you initiate, implement, support and follow-up cost action plans for supply and logistics improvements. You are part of the RCS Management Team.

Candidate profile

• Master degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
• 5+ years experience in a similar position in a big international, dynamic and result-oriented production / process industry environment
• Experience with working with internal suppliers
• Strong strategic drive, excellent planning and constant result orientation
• Well developed organizational awareness
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Fluency in German, Dutch or Polish will be a plus
