INDG

The organisation

Computer generated imagery is all around us. Consumers accept this as the new standard for visual communication and that fuels the desire for similar experiences elsewhere. INDG believes that at some point in the future all products will be virtual to everyone everywhere, which makes it possible to completely revise the way we learn about and interact with them.

For the past 15 years, we have been helping multinational players like Philips, Adidas, Ralph Lauren, Electrolux and Yamaha from our bases in Amsterdam, New York, and Bucharest. We are building a global portfolio of propositions that allow consumers to explore phones, shavers, television sets, cameras, vacuum cleaners, ovens, washing machines, couches, chairs, and many more products from every angle, inside and out.

Our CG artists, interactive designers and developers focus on creating products so lifelike it feels like you could reach out and touch them. Yes, at INDG we geek out to sexy technology like 3D modelling and AR, but behind the bits and bytes is an obsessive drive to design sophisticated and lasting software solutions that let consumers make the fantasy of owning our clients’ products more real. INDG is experiencing exciting growth and expansion.

The position

To help us on the challenging journey to create the most beautiful and best-performing experiences for both clients and customers, we are seeking an Amsterdam-based Chief Operating Officer.

INDG has experienced exponential growth over the past years. Not only have we grown in staff (97 FTE), we have also expanded internationally, opening an office in New York city and signing our first large accounts in the USA. This growth, combined with working for large, international brands such as Philips, Adidas, Ralph Lauren and Yamaha requires us to continuously re-shape and strengthen our organizations.

INDG is past the start-up phase and now a middle-sized company with 3 offices worldwide and with boundless ambition to continue this rapid and exciting expansion, without losing the entrepreneurial spirit. Our to-be-hired COO will look after the operations as a whole and will ensure those will be running smoothly and profitably.  His most important performance indicators will be consistently delivering high quality output, enhancing the efficiency of operations without losing enthusiasm and creativity within the teams and facilitating continuous growth.

He will be accountable for designing, implementing and securing processes and metrics which establish scalable operations that enable us to continue and build our success and lead to securing our position as a global player. The COO is a key player in ensuring that all teams understand the vision and the strategy and will live each day by the company’s values.
