We are an international team, perfectly embedded in the global financial community. Our demanding clients are supplied with both intimate product knowledge and market experience. We want to strengthen our team and are looking for a Recruitment Manager (f/m)

• You will be responsible for developing growth strategies for new business. This will be in both existing markets and in undeveloped markets
• You will develop, build and manage strong and high qualitative relationships with either existing or new clients and candidates
• You will be responsible for the generation of an effective flow of candidates to suit current needs and future requirements
• Developing a specific market knowledge will be an essential point to be recognized as a specialist with the best overview of the market
• You will be responsible to meet, and succeed, both activity and results based Targets

• Completed studies in economics and/or administration or an equivalent apprenticeship
• 3-8 years experience in the recruitment industry or an equivalent experience within a sales or service driven job in the financial markets
• Sales drive and motivation
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good language skills in German and English
• Convincing and open personality
• Strong team ethic
• Self-motivated
