One of the world’s leading industrial companies will redesign their global HR processes in the coming years. This is why, they are looking for the Project manager with knowledge of and vast experience in implementing HR processes in a global complex environment.

The project manager will be responsible for the challenging roll out of the SAP HCM system (Core HR Administration, Recruitment, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Talent Management and Learning) and related HR processes in 10 major offices and more than 50 smaller units around the world.

Tasks & Responsibilites

• Manage the global project for the roll out of the HR processes
• Manage the design and implementation of the SAP-based HR system
• Advise the organization on current ‘best practice’
• Oversee the analysis and specification of functional system requirements based on priorities within the strategic HR agenda and the needs of HR and the business
• Coordinate design and implementation activities with 3rd party implementation partners worldwide
• Coordinate design and implementation activities with internal resources within operating business units
• Work with the HR IT Director to secure resourcing and budget for successful delivery
• Report to the HR IT Director

Profile

• University degree in Business and/or Information Technology
• Experience: 10 years in IT or business process development with 5 years of multi-national project management and/or 5 years in implementation of HR processes
• Experience in implementation of SAP HR technology is preferred
• Languages: English required
• Travelling is required

Conditions

Salary package up to € 110.000 per year with excellent secondary benefits (based in The Netherlands with approximately 33% travelling around the world)
