Client

Our client is a global organization specialized in fiduciary services, fund administration and other financial services on behalf of multinational companies, private equity and real estate firms, private investors and/or their advisors. Our client provides a full suite of administration services to Fund's operating from Europe, the US and the Asia Pacific.

The Managing Director Legal Services will be charged with resolutely striving to maximise the quality of corporate secretarial, director and domiciliation services delivered to a portfolio of clients by a team of circa 50 staff operating from multiple jurisdictions.

This is a key leadership role drawing on technical expertise, managerial excellence and commerce.

Responsibilities

A hands-on approach will be needed to deliver on key responsibilities that include:

• Build, lead and motivate a cross-border team that fully meets client services requirements 
• Drive the commercial development of the client base together with the MD Accounting 
• Develop legal products/services beneficial  
• Manage and optimize quality of legal services 
• Provide business advice to clients  
• Manage multiple client relationships 
• Co-lead with tje MD Accounting coordination of the service delivery model
• Work closely with other business units to develop initiatives that optimize operational efficiency
• Update knowledge of industry standards and developments to communicate to clients 

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Law and at least 5 years experience with real estate investment funds 
• Experience with tax driven real estate investment structures 
• Highly organized and detail orientated with a client focus. 
• Hungry for a new challenge and desire to work in a fast growing business. 
• Excellent communication, presentation and team management skills. 
• Entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful and able to think outside the box. 
• Eager to be part of a dynamic, rapidly growing internationally orientated company. 
• Fluency in verbal and written English is essential; other languages will be an advantage
