Information Enterprise Architect

Overview:

As an Information Enterprise Architect you will be responsible for leading the program to develop, maintain and leverage the Information architecture across the organization. You will also responsible for defining Information Architecture processes and for leading the integration of these processes with other related business and IT processes.

Primary Responsibilities and Activities:

• Leading the creation or evolution of the Information Architecture function or program, including the coordination of an appropriately balanced pursuit of enterprise business, information, technical and solution architecture viewpoints.
• Understanding, advocating and supporting the enterprise's business and IT strategies.
• Leading the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive enterprise business, information, technical and solution architecture requirements; analyzing industry, technology and market trends to determine their potential impacts on the enterprise. Analyzing the current business and IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Leading and facilitating the creation of governing principles to guide solution decision making for the enterprise.
• Ensuring that the optimal governance structure and compliance activities (such as handling waivers) are associated with IA compliance.
• Leading the development of an implementation plan for the IA, based on business requirements and IT strategies; overseeing implementation, ongoing refinement activities, and the documentation of all IA design and analysis work.
• Consulting with program/project teams to fit solutions to architecture across all viewpoints.
• Identifying organizational requirements for the resources, structures and cultural changes necessary to support the IA.
• Promoting the IA process, outcomes and results to the organization, including the enterprise's IT and business leaders; this includes assessing (through appropriate metrics) and communicating the achievement and impact of the IA, as well as leading the development and execution of an IA communication and education plan.

Your Profile:

• Degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study.
• Additional training or certification in organization change management highly desirable.
• You are strong in theoretical knowledge but overall have the ability to be hands-on and pragmatic.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Architecture in a large, cross border and complex organisation.

Salary:

€80-100k base plus benefits and bonus
