Position

Responsible for generating new RTS business, and providing Account Management on New business wins. Formation of Strategic plans.

Responsibilities

  • Developing New strategic alliances with key customers
  • Deal Origination, this requires expert cold-call and networking skills, with the necessary network in the Services industry to source and respond to major RFQ’s and RFP’s
  • Build and develop a challenging Business Pipeline
  • Analyze and understand customers business strategy, future service plans, expansion activities and align RTS resources where mutually beneficial
  • Preparation of Quote models, and RFQ/RFP responses, together with the design of unsolicited proposals for consideration
  • Define business priorities through a broad vision of Market and Service needs
  • Work closely with the Business Development Team and the Finance Department to control budgets within the department
  • Provide Account Management support on New business, to ensure a smooth integration
  • Assist current accounts in the development and execution of Revenue objectives, and act as a focal point in delivering Flextronics’ Retail Technical Solutions
  • Support senior management with regard to managing and evaluating key personnel and in terms of talent acquisition to provide further potential to business resources
  • Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce

Profile

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences or business; MBA is preferred
  • Typically requires 7 years of business development and progressively advancing account management
  • Consultative Sales Experience (5 years or more)
    • Deal origination 
    • Quote Response and Proposal Design 
    • Relationship Management 
  • Deep knowledge of business Process Outsourcing or Service operations
  • Experiences with and Networked with the Service industry

  • Person must have the ability to work with internal teams and executive management as well as external customers to maximize mutual benefit
  • Person must demonstrate mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses. Demonstrated ability to successfully influence senior level management, executives and key clients
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
  • Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, and/or boards of directors
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

Conditions of Employment 

Salary indication €100k. The role requires considerable levels of travel. The person will need to be self motivated, and results focused and will need to perform both on an individual basis, and as part of a team
