Our client - System Integration SW Consulting company, is looking now for a Country CFO - Czech Republic.

Position
Main Responsibilities:
Acquisitions

• Approve the acquisition contract from finance prospective. Bring necessary inputs and necessary modifications
• Propose & advise on the best suited acquisition model
• Control that the deals fit within the financial limits set up

Due Diligence 

• Performing, supervising (external help) & consolidating DD results and requesting approvals from relevant bodies
• Managing CapEx/OPEX workflow approvals for acquisitions
• Coordinating integration into accounting, credit management, billing for acquisition deals...

Integration part 

• Setting up financial processes and workflows for billing, credit management, accounting, tax, assets, etc of the daughter company
• Performing integration with SAP

Continuous part 

• Reviewing the customer base and preparing of relevant financial KPIs of consolidated database 
• Monthly performance review, plan variances management/explanation
• Monthly cost and revenue detailed review (accruals preparation)
• Preparing relevant regular and ad hoc reports for controlling purposes, credit management purposes
• Preparing other financial information relating to accounting
• Overseeing the independent billing system (adjustments, outputs, inputs, etc.)

CFO will be reporting to the Regional CFO.

Profil
We require

• 7-8 years of experience in a similar role
• University degree in Finance
• Ability to take decisions
• Excellent analytical, logical and organizational skills
• Corporate finance or controlling background
• Experience of merger and acquisitions preferred 
• A business oriented character, with entrepreneurial spirit
• Solution finder
• Personality able to influence things and with a positive, can do attitude
• Excellent Excel skills, Power Point appreciated
• IFRS, knowledge of Czech GAAP, ACCA advantage
• Fluent in English and Czech
