Working as part of the Marketingl team, the primary responsibility of this key role will be to assist in the creation and improvement of the website portfolio, online marketing campaigns sites, online advertising and creation of assets for online newsletters.

Position

  • Design commercially focused and user friendly Web Pages
  • Create mock-ups
  • Develop advertising concepts and produce online promotional materials and sites
  • Develop e-comms assets
  • Provide regular updates and improvements to current portfolio when required.
  • Meet tight deadlines and deliver high quality work on schedule.
  • Interact with senior members of the team as well as account managers, marketing department and development team to ensure open communication and status reports

Profil

  • Ability to demonstrate a visually impactful style as well as a clear understanding of the key aspects of site design
  • Knowledge of usability best practices advantageous
  • Proven experience of balancing the needs of users with commercial pressures
  • Adaptable - Experience of executing original ideas within established brand guidelines but can also use own initiative when no guidelines are in place
  • A passionate and inspired Digital Designer able to develop outstanding campaigns and experiences for clients
  • Considerable experience of interactive design coupled with a WOW portfolio that demonstrates user-centered design practices including usability, interface design, and interaction design
  • A gift for original thinking and challenging the obvious
  • Broad exposure to design and design styles, together with a mastery of the tools involved in developing the interactive medium
  • Agency experience advantageous
  • Strong design skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Excellent working knowledge of Flash with experience of rich media advertising
  • Strong sense of design layout and well versed in typography
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver campaigns from idea to execution
  • Proven excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Strong time management skills - ability to manage shifting priorities, whilst maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Works effectively under pressure
  • General knowledge of backend capabilities / database driven content.
  • Ability to contribute to design culture of team.
  • Exposure to 3D apps, Video editing, Sound design and HTML development tools is advantageous.
