Managing Director Oil & Gas Industry

The position

For our client, Transmark-EDS, we are looking for a Managing Director who has the experience and drive to take our company, sales, operations and service quality, to the next level for our clients. The Managing Director will become the representative of the company and will provide for a strong presence and structured growth in the market.

Candidate profile

• At least 15 years experience in the (offshore) oil and gas industry, of which a minimum of 5 years should have been in a senior supervisory position
• Proven track record in managing either operational/sales team or a small company
• A networker and a strong/sound drive 
• Skilled in (solution) operational, sales and business development 
• Well developed people management skills. Should have good leadership and team building qualities and sound interpersonal skills
• Fluent verbal and written in Dutch and English, or a willingness to learn Dutch within a certain timeframe, German and French are preferred
• Educated to a Bachelor or University degree
• Previous knowledge and/or training in the Safety Case regime is most desirable
