About our client

Our client is one of the world's leading providers of safety training towards different industries such as oil & gas, renewable energy, maritime, chemical and others. For this region their office is located in the Rotterdam area.

Job description

The new Managing Director will be responsible for an organization of 100+ highly skilled and dedicated specialists. The MD will be responsible of ensuring continued growth in the Dutch market and improvement on products and services we deliver as well as a strong focus on continued product and business development. He or she will be part of the regional management team and reports to the European Management.

Profile

The ideal candidate should be an experienced Managing Director for a large or midsized international company with proven insight or knowledge of the above mentioned industries. Experience in optimizing and improving knowledge based organizations and a proven track record of growing and building businesses are essentials. The future MD keeps customers and organization close to him/her to know what is going on both inside and outside the organization. The candidate should be familiar to work with detailed and focused strategies.
