Our client is part of a very successful and well known Multinational (IT) - with almost 80 offices around the world and round about $ 1 bln. in revenues.

For the European HQs based in the prosperous Frankfurt / Rhein-Main Metropolitan Area we are now recruiting a FP&A - Financial Plannning & Analysis Manager Europe (m/f).

Position

The FP&A Manager supports the organization in forecasting, planning and reporting and drives margin & process improvements in the related areas.

The FP&A Manager reports to the CFO and has strong interaction with International business organization and the US parent company.

In detail:

• Lead management reporting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and complete analysis of results
• Analyze business drivers and their impact to the financials of the group
• Own budget and forecast process, i.e. manage and improve the process and tools for budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning to ensure forecast ownership and accountability by country leadership teams
• Responsible for financial analysis to International and corporate leadership team
• Provide cross-country and cross functional finance support on a project basis
• Strive to continue improvements of internal processes and reporting
• Develop system environment to ensure consistency with changing reporting needs
• Support Group Controller and CFO where needed

Profil

• Bachelor or University degree with financial background
• Minimal 8-10 years finance related experience in an international environment, preferably US, and a comparable industry
• Job requires flexibility, strong analytical skills and attention to accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good knowledge of English and German - both verbally and in writing
• Able to work in a changing, dynamic and flexible environment
• Ambitious, pragmatic, eager to learn, flexible attitude and pro-active
• Affinity with Excel and complex IT systems (SAP, BW)
