The Company

Our client is a world class player in the packaging machinery business. It's key success factor is the ability to quickly respond to ever changing requirements and increasing demand for flexibility by creatively applying "standard LEGO modules" to build highly customized solutions and by constantly looking for new technology to create the next standard "LEGO module".

The Position

The Director Operations is responsible for the total operation in The Netherlands and reports, together with the Commercial Director, to the Managing Director of the Company.

Thorough know how of:

•  Machine Building
•  Long Cycle Projects in the Capital Goods business
•  The Supply Chain
•  Purchasing
•  KPI’s of the Project/Process operation and its Financial Performance Matrix

Professional Profile

•  A > 10 year experience in Machine Building and Operations
•  Has led an operation with a multifunctional track record
•  Leads by example
•  Fits and feels comfortable in middle sized companies
•  Is not a ‘corporate animal’
•  Knows how to make his hands dirty
•  Is interested in details when necessary
•  Has a business oriented customer focus
•  Has a strong interest in growing the business
•  HBO/WO education
