Position

-Prepare make or buy decisions
-Project-specific negotiations in the high-volume area
-Contractual negotiations with suppliers, responsibility for the procurement process, setup of optimum logistic chains and concluding procurement and logistics agreements
-Implementation of international benchmarks and qualification of new suppliers
-Project management of design and redesign projects in role of SCM representative, virtual leadership of cross-functional supply chain teams
-Responsibility for setting up supply chains for new products of the business unit (clarification of specifications, escalation management, coordination, value analysis, value engineering, target costing, make or buy analyses)
-Contact for all critical supply chain project subjects within the business unit
 

Profil

-Successfully completed university degree in technically-oriented subject with an additional qualification in the field of business management
-Well-grounded experience in negotiating and project management
-Team player, excellent communication and persuasive skills, confident manner
-Ability to work autonomously
-Highly self-motivated person
-Enjoying the challenge of change processes
-Willingness to accept responsibility; entrepreneurial mindset
-Business-fluent English
-Willingness to travel internationally
