In order to maintain a high quality standard for its exclusive line of products, our client is looking for a specialist who is capable of strengthening the international regulatory function.

Position

• Guarantee of a strong Regulatory Affairs process to support company business growth
• Ensure compliance of regulatory requirements globally
• Effective monitoring to detect emerging regulatory developments
• Clear communication to Senior management on Reg. Affairs aspects
• Representation of our client at national/international associations (active membership)
• Leading the Corporate Regulatory Affairs decentralized team including Registration activities
• Ensure consistent implementation of new legislation and guidelines
• Support all company brands on regulatory issues
• Handling together with legal department the regulatory issues from regulatory body
• Member of crisis management team to defend risk issues
• Closed support with Quality Assurance department on regulatory aspects

Subordinates:

• Germany - around 7 employees 
• China
• Monaco

Profil

• Scientific education, Ph.D on Pharma, Chemistry or similar science 
• Strong experience with Registration worldwide 
• 7-10 years standing experience at Cosmetic- or Pharma- Industry on Regulatory worldwide and Quality Assurance 
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken 
• Strong leadership on international, multinational team 
• Strong, clear communication skills 
• High professional analytical profile
• Project leadership experience
• Experience with authority contacts
• Good IT skills
• Global thinking
• Strict budget control
