Position
- Guarantee of a strong Regulatory Affairs process to support company business growth
- Ensure compliance of regulatory requirements globally
- Effective monitoring to detect emerging regulatory developments
- Clear communication to Senior management on Reg. Affairs aspects
- Representation of our client at national/international associations (active membership)
- Leading the Corporate Regulatory Affairs decentralized team including Registration activities
- Ensure consistent implementation of new legislation and guidelines
- Support all company brands on regulatory issues
- Handling together with legal department the regulatory issues from regulatory body
- Member of crisis management team to defend risk issues
- Closed support with Quality Assurance department on regulatory aspects

Profil
- Scientific education, Ph.D on Pharma, Chemistry or similar science
- Strong experience with Registration worldwide
- 7-10 years standing experience at Cosmetic- or Pharma- Industry on Regulatory worldwide and Quality Assurance
- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
- Strong leadership on international, multinational team
- Strong, clear communication skills
- High professional analytical profile
- Project leadership experience
- Experience with authority contacts
- Good IT skills
- Global thinking
- Strict budget control
