Our client is a lead provider of software solutions within the public, finance and government sector. Position

• Must have proven experience working on large scale developments, which the majority have been worked on OO applications, such as Java and C# preferably
• High interest or good working experience in an Agile or Lean environments (XP / Scrum)
• Strong understanding of project governance, scope management and risk management
• Experience with various project management methodologies
• Excellent experience working together with multi-disciplined teams

Profil

You should be a proven manager, importantly one that can give direction to colleagues, suggestions and trust in them to do it independantly.

If micromanagement is your thing, this is not a company for you.

Working in an open-door policy firm, you should be able to work in an open environment, be a strong team player and a have excellent technical skills.

• You are independant, can work alone with minimal support
• Use your own initiative and deal with high levels of responsibility
• Be a creative thinker.. not just a machine
• Share your wealth of knowledge with other members of staff
• Do not need to rely on others, you can get the job done without failure
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Fluent English and very good German written and spoken language skills
