For this highly interesting company, we are looking for a IT Director of Cyber Operations (m/f).

Apart from this position, we are also recruiting a Director of Software Development, Senior Ethical Hacker, C/C++ Developers, Windows/Linux Network Developers, Mobile Developers, UI Experts, QA Specialists und Security System Administrators and are looking forward to interesting applications!

Position

• Leading, managing, coaching and expanding the local operations team including Ethical Hackers and IT Security Specialists with an international focus
• Report directly to the CEO of the company
• Full responsibility for the definition and implementation of strategy within Cyber Operations
• Running international projects in complex technological topics like forensics, intelligence, exploiting, penetration testing, vulnerability etc.
• Assuring that projects are completed not only on time, but in exceptional quality
• Continuous optimization of processes within the team
• Engaging in continuous improvement of methods and tools
• Close cooperation with international colleagues on C-level from different departments all over the world

Profil

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field
• Longterm experience in Cyper Operations and proven track record in a leadership role
• Expert knowledge of IT Security, Audit and Penetration testing Team Management
• Expert in management of complex security and technology
• Experience in running projects on unconventional field (Intelligence, Forensics, Exploiting, Penetration testing)
• Deep understanding of technology, security and organization of operations
• Attacks planning and management
• Experience in high-tech security procurement process (to maintain provider''s relationship of high-tech arsenal)
• Senior management level reporting capabilities
• Knowledge of IT intrusion techniques and tools
• Creative approach to problems and challenges
• Good network in the field of IT Security
• Proficiency in English
• Any other language is a plus
• Willingness to travel around Europe, Middle-East and Africa during important project phases (about 20%)
