Global Head of IT Demand Management (Supply Chain)

The organisation

Our client is an international company in Consumer Products with its global HQ in the Netherlands.

The position

The company is currently restructuring its IT Organisation, giving Demand Management a more prominent role. They are now looking to recruit a Global Head of Demand Management with a specialisation in Supply Chain.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage the relationships with Supply Chain as part of the IT organisation
• Responsible for designing and building of IT Solutions for Supply Chain
• Drives the alignment of the IT Strategy with the company strategy
• Line management of a team of functional specialists
• Programme management of Supply Chain IS Programs
• Actively promotes change, especially from a business perspective

Candidate profile

• Educated to Masters level
• At least ten years of relevant experience within a complex, multinational organisation in Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, Food, Fashion or Retail
• Prince 2 or PMP certifications are preferred
• Excellent understanding of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems
• In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain
• Top of the bill stakeholder management skills
• Likeable, energetic and strong personality

Salary indication

The salary indication for this position is € 130.000 - 140.000.
