Human Resources Manager Country Group (m/f)
 

Position

The Human Resources Manager Country Group (m/f) is responsible for
 

  • Providing a world class human resources service function within the country region and acting as HR business partner
  • Personnel management of the HR-Team within the country group
  • Support of all managers and employees with regard to HR issues especially Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development and Employee Relations
  • Participation in the international HR Expert team in the development of international HR projects, models, guidelines & tools
  • Drive and monitor the local execution of HR strategies and processes
  • Ensure and improve the internal communication
  • HR Controlling and Reporting
  • Manage the HR administration & payroll of all team members within the region according to country labour law, social and tax laws

Profil

Position Requirements:

  • Study of business administration or other related areas
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR Management experience with working knowledge in all HR areas within an international environment
  • Minimum of 4 years of managerial responsibility
  • Strategic and operational skills of Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Administration & Payroll and Labour Law
  • Experience in personnel management and training
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to cope with stress and a changing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Windows as well as specific HR-IT Systems
  • Business fluent English skills
