The organisation

MCi is world’s leading Tier II manufacturer  of actuators for automotive rearview mirrors. Since 1972 MCi designs, develops and produces a broad range of actuators for adjusting the glass in mirrors ( Glass Actuators) and actuators for adjusting mirrors in its entirety (Power Folding Actuators).

MCi's products are used worldwide in more than 60 vehicle platforms. Premium OEMs like BMW and Daimler, but also more volume oriented parties as VW, GM, Ford, Toyota and parties in emerging markets are among the end customers of MCi products.

MCi produces more than 55 million actuators to the automotive industry annually, making MCi the largest independent global player in mirror actuators with a global market share exceeding 30%.

The MCi executive team consists of CEO, CFO, COO and CCO. The organization is characterized by a high degree of professionalism,  real professionals and craftsman are working with passion for the organization and the product. Employee turnover is low, the level of knowledge is high.

MCi is not an organization where people are taken by the hand. People who are self-directed and are eager to understand how things work (and wants to deepen and to know the facts) are generally successful. Social skills, inspiring and creating organizational support are naturally of great importance.
