Position

• You are the interface between the following departments: Finance, Accounting , HR, Legal.

Your key tasks are

• The global alignment of valuations and assumptions
• The (project) redesign of "local" pension schemes
• The coordination of pension governance in a global pension governance committee
• Asset management
• DC investment selection
• To provide information from and give information to the accounting department on all financial disclosures
• Pensions go-to for M&A and other synergy activity
• Being responsible on (at least at first) a stand alone position in Germany for Europe: Germany (different sites), Belgium, Sweden, other countries of America: Canada, US, Mexico. Asia: Korea, India, Thailand, Singapore, other countries

Profil

• General degree in Finance or Law
• At least ca. 3-8 years professional experience in a similar position
• International work experience
• Financial experience, e.g. from an actuarial firm such as Mercer, Towers Watson, Hewitt etc.
• Competent user of MS Office, SAP and other databases
• Foreign language ability (English plus German desirable)
