Senior Manager Finance (Agriculture)

The organisation

For one of our clients, an international trading and servicing company, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Manager Finance for the headquarter agriculture in Munich.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Conducting and managing various types of financial analysis from an internal management as well as an external disclosure perspective
• Coordinating budget, forecasts, monthly closing and year-end closing incl. analyses
• Managing/supporting all finance/controlling processes between the division and group functions
• Preparing, analysing and optimising the monthly reports and proposing corrective actions
• Leading conceptual discussions on performance measurement and steering
• Providing ad-hoc analysis on a variety of finance related questions

Candidate profile

• 5+ years’ experience as a controller in an international, matrix-structured environment or a “Big 4” audit company
• Extensive experience of SAP and consolidation software is desirable
• Excellent English and German skills are essential for this role
• Pro-active approach, well-structured analytical way of working
• Hands-on and dynamic mentality, active communication, team player with good attention to quality
