Position

  • Guide 10+ employees to successfully accomplish daily activities and overall P2P goals.
  • Develop and implement procurement and cash management best practices such as PO and invoice automation, cash discounts, and methods of payment.
  • Assure proper internal controls and segregation of duties exists to meet all compliance objectives and to safeguard vendor master, procurement and disbursement processes.
  • Assist in developing the Global Purchase to Pay annual strategy to support the Company, WPL (worldwide Procurement and Logistics organization) and Finance priorities.
  • Manage the Cash Disbursement execution process for check and electronic funds transfers in EMEA.
  • Coordinate resolution of supplier invoice payment process issues between Accounts Payable/Buyers/ Receiving/End Users by stabilizing the Purchase to Pay organization.
  • Minimize manual purchase order and invoice transactions by working with Procurement Teams across EMEA to utilize already established automation programs.
  • Focus on simplifying and standardizing processes to stay in line with the processes used within our client and the permanent focus to improve the work efficiency of the team.
  • Establish operational objectives and assignments, and delegate assignments to subordinates. Review objectives with management to determine success of operation.
  • Assists in developing, modifying, and executing company policies and Sarbanes Oxley which affect immediate operations, WPL, and may also have company-wide effect.
  • Required to report monthly statistics to monitor the success of the team and to ensure top quality reporting within WPL.
  • Contribute to P2P global activities, process improvements and best practice development through teaming and collaboration.

  • Bachelor''s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • Personnel supervision, teaming and motivational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management across a broad range of functional disciplines and influencing without direct authority
