Our client is an international Real Estate Private Equity company and Asset Manager with a portfolio of about 2billion EUR Assets in retail and commercial banking under Management.

Position

• Management of all Accounting-related issues of the Corestate Capital AG ("CCAG") and its subsidiaries in Luxembourg, Germany, and the UK (overseeing preparation of quarterly/annual accounts, coordination of third party accounting service providers, etc.) as well as its investment vehicles
• Liquidity planning and management for CCAG and its subsidiaries
• Coordination of CCAG's regular reporting obligations to third parties (lenders, investors, etc.) managing transfer pricing issues for CCAG and its subsidiaries
• preparation of / update of annual business plan/budget
• rolling forecasting / variance analysis of the business plan for CCAG and its subsidiaries as well as its investment vehicles
• Key contact person for CCAG's auditors and tax advisors
• Implementation of an effective internal controls management system for CCAG and its subsidiaries (including invoice verification, signing rights, payment authorization thresholds, etc.)
• Continued review/ optimization of operating expenses
• Supporting development of tax efficient transaction structures as well as ongoing supervision of compliant implementation
• Implementation of a comprehensive risk management system for CCAG and its subsidiaries as well as its investment vehicles
• Structuring / standardizing CCAG's corporate administration (Filing / Execution of key contracts, HR policies, up-to-date corporate records, etc.)
• ad-hoc analyses for / assistant to the Chief Financial Officer

Profil

• university degree (business administration or similar focus)
• a minimum of 5 years professional experience in accounting /controlling, preferably with real estate focus, in either big four audit firm or private equity structure
• superior working knowledge in EXCEL
• Fluent English language skills
• high degree of analytical skills and process orientation
• proactive and motivated, keen to continuously learn
• open-minded, ready to work in a small team and virtual organization
