Our client manufactures a wide range of vacuum, pressure and liquid technologies including: WOB-L piston, articulated piston, diaphragm, rotaryvane, linear and peristaltic.

Position

The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the financial processes for the European region within the Medical Group and is
the business partner for the Managing Director in Europe.

Your main tasks:

• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with US-GAAP and local/state/country-specific
• laws
• Preparation and review of the monthly reporting package
• Preparation and presentation of consolidated budgets/forecasts and analysis of results
• Ensuring effective internal controls and compliance with policies
• Support the Managing Director with initiatives to boost organic growth
• Drive with the Managing Director cost savings initiatives and cost containment actions to protect/enhance the profit
• Responsible for business risk and opportunity management, customer profitability analysis, sourcing savings and pricing
• verification
• Analyzes capital expenditures and potential acquisitions
• Define and initiate the development of projects that have substantial benefits to current and future business
• Leading a team of Finance Controllers in different locations

Profil

• Degree in Finance (CPA or comparable university degree)
• Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience inan
• international working environment incl. relevant leadership experience
• Cost accounting relating to a manufacturing environment a distinct advantage
• Strong leadership skills and team player
• Profound analytical skills and quick perception
• Hands-on mentality and a distinct ability to simultaneously organise and handle a wide range of issues
• Excellent communication skills and very good English
