The client, an international management consultancy specialising in Capital Markets within Financial Services is looking to set up an office in the Netherlands due to an increasing demand in projects from their Netherlands based clients

This is therefore a unique and rare opportunity to join an established organisation in a start up office and grow their Netherlands business by using your broad network within Capital Markets. It is both a managerial as well as entrepreneurial role

The company offers services that span strategy through execution and implementation and cover areas such as Finance Control and Compliance, Risk management and Valuation, Trading Management Systems and Straight Through Processing. Therefore you should be able to demonstrate extensive experience in at least of one these subject areas, ideally more

Profile

• Minimum of 10 years work experience gained in Consultancy (Capital Markets Focus) and/or Banking
• University degree or equivalent
• Experience of Front to back process
• Delivery Mentality
• People management and recruitment experience
   

The role requires a hands on approach, someone who feels at home in an international and diverse environment, who is flexible and adaptable and is looking for the challenge to build a successful business in the Netherlands
